With ETH Denver just around the corner, the Unlock community is buzzing with excitement and preparations. This year, we're taking our presence to the next level, and we need your help to make it a success!

First and foremost, we're calling on all community members to add their ETH Denver events to our Unlock collection page. This centralized hub will showcase the diverse range of Unlock-powered experiences at the conference, making it easier for attendees to discover and engage with our ecosystem. Whether you're hosting a workshop, panel discussion, or social gathering, make sure it's listed on our collection page to maximize visibility and attendance.

The Carrot Castle aligns with our mission to support and grow the Web3 ecosystem, and we're excited about the potential to showcase Unlock Protocol's capabilities in this vibrant setting.

We're excited to share progress on our potential sponsorship with SheFi, an organization dedicated to empowering women in the Web3 space. Our team has secured a call with their new partnerships lead, opening doors for future collaborations. Our exploration of new marketing strategies continues with the OOO Marketing Hackathon initiative. This unique approach combines creative problem-solving with targeted marketing efforts. While the proposed costs are currently under review, we're excited about the potential insights and innovative campaigns this hackathon could generate. We're in discussions to tailor the program to our specific needs and budget constraints.

In our continuous effort to enhance community engagement, we welcomed Alek from Ethermail for a comprehensive presentation on their Web3-native email solution. This integration opens up new possibilities for targeted communication with our token holders and community members. Ethermail's features, including wallet-based authentication and advanced segmentation capabilities, align perfectly with our decentralized ethos. We're exploring how this tool can amplify our newsletter reach and streamline our onboarding processes.

The lifeblood of our DAO is active participation in governance. We have several important votes currently live across different platforms. Your voice matters, so make sure to cast your votes and shape the future of Unlock Protocol!

Additionally, our Retroactive Funding for January 2025 is now open. This initiative recognizes and rewards valuable contributions to the Unlock ecosystem. If you've made significant contributions last month, don't forget to submit your work for consideration. For those evaluating submissions, we encourage thorough reviews to ensure fair recognition of our community's efforts.

Will T and Miniwax have been hard at work enhancing our presence on Guild.xyz. This new platform is currently a work in progress and we appreciate your feedback in the Discord.

Our quest for the right marketing partner might have come to a close by with NinjaPromo. We had a recent call with one of their team members that allowed us to understand the flexibility in their system. Ceci will put up a Snapshot proposal soon so we can move this decision further down the line- We'll share more key insights about this in the coming weeks.

Lastly, we have a bittersweet announcement to make. Valentina, who has been an integral part of our community and the Unlock Protocol Labs team, will be moving on to new adventures. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for her contributions and the passion she brought to our community. While we'll miss her presence, we're excited about her future endeavors and know she'll always be part of the Unlock family.

As we bid farewell to Valentina, we're reminded of the dynamic nature of our ecosystem and the opportunities for growth it presents. Her departure opens up new possibilities for community members to step up and contribute in meaningful ways.
