We've had another exciting week at Unlock DAO. Let's dive into the highlights from our recent DAO call on February 18, 2025.

As ETH Denver approaches, we're excited to announce our involvement in Carrot Castle, a collaborative space that promises to be the grant hub of the event. This initiative brings together food, fellowship, and fun to dissect the flow of Web3 funding and identify areas for improvement. Carrot Castle will serve as a convenient and casual meeting point for attendees, fostering ideation and collaboration around grant processes in the Web3 ecosystem. As part of our participation, we're planning several engaging activities, including a scavenger hunt with some nice prizes. Additionally we will be giving a workshop and attend office hours on Tuesday and Thursday. Come and join us, get your ticket now:

We're thrilled to announce a new collaboration with Hats Protocol, which war recently formalized through an on-chain proposal. During ETHDenver we will collaborate on an event together to invite all the good people supporting open-source tech and protocol infrastructure. The guest list for this event is limited, so make sure to RSVP as soon as possible and ping me if you haven't been approved. This will be an excellent opportunity to network with like-minded individuals.

Our community is growing, and we're excited to announce a new partnership with CryptoSapiens, a platform dedicated to educating and onboarding new users to the Web3 space. This collaboration will help us reach a wider audience and showcase the practical applications of Unlock Protocol. We're currently finalizing the details of our joint initiatives, which may include educational content, workshops, and a co-hosted event at ETHDenver. Stay tuned for more information and help spread the word about Unlock Protocol through this partnership.

In the spirit of fostering stronger connections within our community, we're organizing a karaoke meet-up during ETHDenver. This casual, fun event will provide a great opportunity for Unlock DAO members to connect on a more personal level, away from the hustle and bustle of the conference. The karaoke night is scheduled for Friday, February 28, 2025, at a local venue. Ping Ccarfi or me for more details and to be added to the group chat on Telegram! Don't forget to bring your enthusiasm and maybe practice your favorite song!

We're making significant strides in our marketing efforts to increase Unlock Protocol's visibility and adoption. Here are some key updates. The Ninja Promo Proposal has been approved, and we're now moving forward with the next steps. This initiative will support some of our planned marketing campaigns and enhance their visibility. We're currently finalizing the campaign strategy and will soon begin the creative process.

Soho has been hard at work refining our buyer personas, which will help us tailor our messaging and product development to better serve our target audiences. The latest update includes more detailed profiles of creators, community managers, and developers who can benefit from Unlock Protocol. This work will be crucial in shaping our marketing and outreach strategies moving forward.

We're exploring an integration with Ethermail to improve our community communication and engagement. This integration will allow us to send targeted, blockchain-verified emails to our token holders and community members. We're currently in the testing phase and gathering feedback to ensure this integration adds value to our ecosystem.

Exciting news for those looking to show their Unlock pride! Our merchandise store is in the final stages of development. We've curated a selection of high-quality items featuring our new branding, and we're working on integrating Unlock Protocol for exclusive access to limited edition items.
